Dearest Annie, I just wanted you to know that we paid off the house yesterday. One year
and a day after arriving in Ruidoso and too thank you again for all the time, effort and
dedication that you put into seeing that we found a wonderful place to live in the best town
in the Southwest. We still love everything about this town and I suspect we always will. You
my dear are one of those things. It feels just wonderful to have this finished. Now it is time
to work on making the place truly our own, the interior changes we have in mind will turn it
into the cabin in the woods that we have always wanted. The best part is that these
changes will only be cosmetic.
Annie we were so lucky to find you, you stuck with us for such a long time and took the
chance that we were in fact just shoppers and dreamers. Patience is a virtue that you
posses in spades (thank goodness) and now we are probably the happiest folks in New
Mexico.
I should most likely add that everyone you put us in contact with (insurance, title co. etc.)
have been terrific to deal with as well. So many nice people in one small town !.
It has been the best year of our life, even the record cold was an adventure I would not
have missed and we owe a great deal of our personal success to your work. I don't need to
say "keep up the good work" it is your nature to do that anyway but I can say that the folks
that are smart enough to have you representing them are lucky people that will find what
they are looking for no matter how long it takes.
